Navia’s Skincare and Wellness Studio was recently created by Arylus Limited LLC in 2024. The founder and lead esthetician decided to rebrand the spa to expand and share her knowledge. Carmen continued her education and brought us her skills and talents to the spa, including massage therapy, hair loss practitioner and life coaching. These skills helps every person in need to glow, grow and succeed. At Navia’s Skincare and Wellness Studio, we work together to provide the best skincare treatment and care for your beauty and lifestyle. We focus on your well-being, self-care, and self-worth, helping you love yourself more than ever. We support you and help you to glo, grow and succeed. Our products are a mix, from 100% organic and natural to clinical- grade products. We create your regimen respecting your preferences of product choice along with your needs and wants. Cancellation Policy
Dear wonderful customer,
We strive to render excellent care to you and the rest of our clients. Your care and treatments is a priority to us. We also ask that you respect your estheticians time and expertise as well.
In an attempt to be consistent with this, we have an APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICIES that allow us to schedule appointments for our clients with respect for your time, the next clients time, and the esthetician’s time.
Our policy is follow as:
1. We request that you give us a 24 HOUR NOTICE in advance, in case that you cannot make it to your schedule appointment.
2. If a client misses an appointment without contacting our office, it is considered a missed or “no-show” appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file, depending on the type of appointment missed. (fee will be wave if you provide proof of any incident happened).
3. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it will be considered a missed or “no-show” appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file, depending on the type of appointment missed. You will have the option to reschedule at no extra charge. (only if you are late, this is not for people who does not present themselves.)
4. Also, if you missed more than 3 appointments in consecutive times, we at Navias Skincare and Wellness Studio, reserves the right to discontinue serving you for failing to respect our cancellation policies.
5. As well if you refuse to complete any form.

Nos esforzamos por brindarle una excelente atención a usted y al resto de nuestros clientes. Su atención y tratamientos son una prioridad para nosotros. También le pedimos que respete el tiempo y la experiencia de sus esteticistas o cosmetologa.
En un intento de ser coherentes con esto, tenemos una POLÍTICA DE CANCELLACIÓN DE CITAS que nos permite programar citas para nuestros clientes respetando su tiempo, la hora del próximo cliente y el tiempo del esteticista o cosmetologa.
Nuestra política es la siguiente:
1. Le solicitamos que nos dé un AVISO de 24 HORAS con anticipación, en caso de que no pueda llegar a su cita programada.
2. Si un cliente pierde una cita sin ponerse en contacto con nuestra oficina, se considera una cita perdida o “no presentación”. Se cargará una tarifa del 50 % a la tarjeta registrada, dependiendo del tipo de cita perdida. (La tarifa se cobrará si proporciona prueba de que ocurrió algún incidente).
3. Si un cliente llega más de 15 minutos tarde a una cita, se considerará una cita perdida o “no se presenta”. Se cobrará una tarifa del 50 % a la tarjeta registrada, dependiendo del tipo de cita perdida. Tendrá la opción de reprogramar su cita sin cargo adicional. (solo si llega tarde, esto no es para personas que no se presenten).
4. Además, si ha perdido más de 3 citas consecutivas, en Navias Skincare and Wellness Studio, nos reservamos el derecho de dejar de atenderle por no respetar nuestras políticas de cancelación.
5. También si te niegas a completar este u cualquier otro formulario.
