To ensure fairness and respect for all clients and our esthetician, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines: 1. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 2. No shows or missed appointments will incure a 50% fee of the scheduled service. 3. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may be considered a no show and charged accordingly. You may reschedule at no extra cost. 4. Clients who miss three consecutive appointments may be discontinued from booking future services. 5. All required forms must be completed prior to your appointment. We advice that you arrive 15 minutes earlier from your schedule time. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
